The child who was born in time, with good weight, from 2-4th week of a life has a vomiting by "fountain" almost after each feeding. The vomitive masses which are not containing bile, are thrown out with the big force in the form of far flying stream. In some cases vomiting is preceded by regurgitations. Gradually vomiting becomes more rare, but plentiful. Chair delays, rare urine passage (2-3 times a day), fast loss of weight become perceptible.
